Descrizione del lavoro

Hydrolix is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to join their team. You will support pre-sales, professional services and customer success, helping customers leverage the Hydrolix data platform across cloud environments.

You will work with customers and partners to become a trusted advisor, drive successful deployments, and optimize performance across data ingestion, transformation, and dashboarding. Fluency in English and German is required; Italian accepted as an alternative.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years proven experience in Technical Consulting, Solutions Architect or Technical Presales role.
Experience in presales and trained in MEDDIC, MEDDPICC or Solution Selling methodologies.
Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Understanding of CDN technologies and data platforms.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience with Kubernetes, Spark, Databricks, Splunk, Grafana, Python.
Fluency in English and German; Italian accepted as an alternative to German.

Mansioni

Client facing technical presales and solutions architecture, pre- and post-sales.
Lead and deliver customer projects with deployments, integrations, and configurations.
Collaborate with customers to understand objectives, data challenges and requirements.
Provide technical guidance and best practices to use Hydrolix for data management and analytics.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for customers.
Provide guidance on dashboards, APIs, data ingestion and transformation using Hydrolix and third-party tools.
Contribute to product docs, customer feedback, and training materials.
