Allianz Direct is seeking a Data Analyst to support Product and Underwriting in Lombardy’s varese area. You will collect and analyze data to bolster portfolio insights, contribute to underwriting and antifraud rule governance, and monitor KPIs to drive actionable improvements.

Collaboration with Pricing is essential to refine strategies. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in Insurance/Consulting or data analytics, a Master’s degree in IT/Math/Physics/Statistics, and strong SQL and Python skills

• 2–4 years of experience in Insurance, Consulting, or data analytics.
• Master’s degree in IT, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics or equivalent.
• Proficient in SQL and Python; strong analytical and communication skills.

Mansioni

• Collect and process data to support portfolio analysis and reporting.
• Analyze motor and non-motor products to support pricing and underwriting.
• Define and manage underwriting and antifraud rules; develop related reports.
• Monitor portfolio KPIs and develop governance reports; identify improvements for immediate and future implementations.
• Collaborate with Pricing and cross‑functional teams to implement corrective measures.
