Allianz Direct Spa in Milano is seeking a Data Analyst for Product and Underwriting to support portfolio analysis, data collection and processing, and related reporting activities. You will contribute to analysis and development of Motor and Non-Motor insurance products, define underwriting and antifraud rules, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with Pricing to identify corrective measures.

Data Analyst for Product and Underwriting

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

• Experience (minimum 2-4 years) in Insurance/Consulting Company or with focus on data analyses
• Master’s degree in Information Technology, Math, Physics, Statistics or equivalent
• Strong analysis, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of SQL and Python
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Team spirit, self-motivation, and a proactive result-driven working style as well as ability to interact in a global work environment with people from different countries and cultures
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)

Pursuant to Article 5(1) of Legislative Decree No. 96 of 7 May 2026, as amended and supplemented from time to time, the range applicable to the position offered is between €35,000 gross and €45,000 gross. Employment will be subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the National Collective Labor Agreement for Insurance Companies and the applicable Company Agreement. The final determination of the starting remuneration will be based on an evaluation of the candidate's qualifications, skills, and relevant experience in relation to the requirements of the role.
