Job summary

Shamrock Foods Company is seeking production staff to run and maintain packaging equipment in a Dairy Plant. Day and night shifts are available, with a base pay of $19–$25/hour plus a $2.00/hour night differential.

You will help meet production goals while keeping a clean, safe work environment and adhering to GMP and PPE requirements. Responsibilities include monitoring the dairy process, troubleshooting, performing changeovers, and ensuring QA documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 3+ months experience in dairy, manufacturing, or related field preferred.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure.

Responsibilities

• Closely monitor the dairy production process and adjust equipment as necessary.
• Monitor weights, seals, caps, and other packaging items during the process.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic to moderate operating difficulties.
• Reassemble equipment after maintenance, clean up, and changeovers.
• Ensure CIP samples are taken and monitor flow and temperature.
• Perform preventative maintenance, line changeovers, and environmental cleanup.
• Monitor the palletizing process and program new pallet patterns.
• Follow food safety and QA standards, document information per SOPs.
