Ferrero is seeking a Quality & Food Safety Technician for night shift to inspect and test products, materials, and processes. The role ensures compliance with GMP and internal quality standards while managing hold and release criteria and documentation.

The technician will perform sensory testing, analyze data, and support corrective actions. Associates or BS in Food Science with 1–3 years of experience are preferred, and knowledge of SAP-QM is a plus.

• Associate's or BS in Food Science or related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience in quality or food safety.
• Knowledge of GMP and food safety standards.

• Inspect incoming materials and finished products to ensure quality against specifications.
