Ariston Group in Italy seeks a Cyber Defence Manager to lead the team responsible for defining and executing the Group ICT security strategy, implementing and improving technical security controls, and coordinating incident response.

The role combines strategic leadership with operational accountability, ensuring cyber defence capabilities are aligned with business priorities, risk profile, and applicable compliance requirements across the Group ICT environment.

Competenze

• 8+ years of cybersecurity experience with cyber defence, security operations and vulnerability management.
• Experience leading distributed security teams and managing security service providers.
• Strong knowledge of NIST and ISO/IEC 27001 frameworks with relevant certifications a plus.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management with ability to translate risk to business priorities.

Mansioni

• Define and execute the Group ICT Cyber Defence strategy and roadmap.
• Lead and develop the Cyber Defence function and set priorities and operating models.
• Ensure effectiveness and continuous improvement of preventive, detective and responsive controls.
• Oversee cyber defence services, technologies and third-party providers for monitoring and incident response.
• Lead management of major cybersecurity incidents and enhance incident response playbooks.
• Establish and govern vulnerability management and threat intelligence processes.
• Define and monitor cybersecurity metrics and risk reporting to stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with vendors and service providers for quality and compliance.
