Volkswagen Group Italia S.P.A. is seeking a technically skilled Cyber Security Specialist to act as the technical lead for IT security.

The role blends hands-on security work with guiding and mentoring IT teams to implement secure configurations across networks, servers, endpoints, and cloud services. You will design, implement, and validate security controls, support incident response, and lead investigations while aligning with ISO 27001 and GDPR requirements.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Hands-on IT security technologies experience.
• Experience with incident response and forensics.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001 and GDPR requirements.
• Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, OSCP, GIAC are a plus.

Mansioni

• Act as technical lead for IT security within local IT organization.
• Design, implement, and validate security controls for networks, servers, endpoints, cloud services, and applications.
• Support and guide infrastructure and development teams in secure configurations and practices.
• Lead technical investigations during security incidents, including root-cause analysis and remediation.
• Perform vulnerability assessments and coordinate penetration testing; security hardening.
• Collaborate with CISO/LISO to align with group security strategy and GDPR/ISO compliance.
• Monitor emerging threats and recommend defensive measures.
• Develop practical security guidelines and provide training to IT colleagues.
