Amplifon is seeking a Global Security Operations Manager to lead day-to-day security operations across a multinational environment. You will coordinate SOC/MDR services, drive incident response, vulnerability management and security engineering, reporting to the Group CISO and partnering with global teams.

The role requires 6–8 years in cybersecurity, leadership experience with MSSPs, and strong knowledge of SIEM, EDR/XDR, and cloud security. Fluent English is required; Italian is a plus.

Competenze

• 6–8 years of cybersecurity experience, with strong Security Operations, SOC or IR background.
• Experience leading security operations teams or coordinating technical professionals.
• Experience with MSSPs and external security vendors.
• Proven incident response experience and cross‑functional coordination.
• Exposure to multinational, complex enterprise environments is preferred.
• Fluency in English; Italian is a plus.

• Oversee daily Security Operations across endpoints, network, identity and cloud environments.
• Coordinate SOC and MDR/NDR services, ensuring SLAs and quality.
• Develop SIEM use cases, playbooks and security automation.
