De'Longhi Group is seeking a Cyber Security Expert to secure the global company landscape, understanding the full systems architecture and enabling secure operation across IT and OT environments. You will drive security initiatives at a multinational manufacturing scale, collaborating with business units to enforce compliance and risk controls.

The role requires hands-on expertise in security technologies, vulnerability management, and cross-functional leadership to protect critical production

Competenze

• Deep knowledge of Cyber Security protocols and practices (identity management, vulnerability management).
• Experience with IAM, PAM, SIEM, EDR in multinational manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with OT Security standards (ISA/IEC 62443) and securing SCADA/DCS environments.
• Knowledge of cloud security principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with Cyber Security frameworks (NIST).
• Preferred certifications: ISO/IEC 27001, CISM, GICSP.

Mansioni

• Support execution of Cyber Security Strategy at global level with on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
• Design and implement robust Cyber Security solutions (Zero-Trust, IAM).
• Evaluate and recommend new Cyber Security technologies to strengthen defense posture.
• Collaborate with OT teams to secure plant floor networks and production assets.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing across infrastructure, apps, networks (including OT).
• Ensure compliance with international Cyber Security regulations and standards.
• Manage/update Cyber Security policies and procedures.
• Support incident management coordination for rapid response.
• Oversee Security Operation Center activities.
• Promote Cyber Security training and awareness across the organization.
• Provide guidance to IT, OT, development and business teams on best practices.
