ZEGNA is seeking a CVM Manager – Europe to plan, develop and drive the European CVM roadmap, aiming to boost loyalty, retention and lifetime value through data-driven client engagement across the European retail network.
Reporting to the Head of Client Engagement & CVM – Europe, you will translate customer data into actionable commercial strategies, lead segmentation and training, and partner with Retail, Area Managers and HQ to ensure consistent client engagement.

As CVM Manager – Europe you are responsible for planning, developing and executing the European Client Value Management (CVM) roadmap, with the objective of driving client loyalty, retention, reactivation and acquisition through a data‑driven and client‑centric approach. Reporting to the Head of Client Engagement & CVM – Europe, the role translates customer data and insights into actionable commercial strategies, driving clienteling excellence and strengthening a consistent client engagement culture across the European retail network.

The position provides for a base salary between: euro 60.000 – 65.000 Remuneration is determined on objective criteria, regardless of gender. Within the base salary range, individual pay is determined by knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training.
