Talentia Connect, located in Rossano, is seeking a Customer Support Agent for the Italian market. You will assist customers through calls, chat, and various support tasks, ensuring optimal service delivery.

The ideal candidate is a native Italian speaker with excellent English skills, strong problem-solving capabilities, and enjoys working in team-centric, multicultural environments. This role includes a complete relocation package and work-from-home options.

As a Customer Service Advisor for the Italian market, you will handle customer inquiries through inbound calls, chat, and back-office tasks.
