Cross Border Talents is looking for Customer Support Advisors to join an international team in Portugal. You’ll handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, supporting global brands and ensuring exceptional customer experiences on a daily basis.

The role offers full relocation support, a competitive salary with performance bonuses, and ongoing training in a multicultural environment. Fluency in multiple languages and EU work eligibility are required.

Competenze

• Fluency in German, Italian, Dutch, or French
• Good command of English
• Customer-oriented mindset; experience in support or service is a plus, not required
• EU work eligibility (no visa sponsorship)
