Responsibilities
  • The Customer Success Manager engages our customer to drive adoption of the Leica Microsystems image analysis software portfolio. This is a critical function with a clear focus: to successfully onboard, accompany new customers to deliver a positive customer and user experience and turn them into advocates as well as manage renewals.
  • Act as a first point of contact for customers for their questions about Leica Microsystems’ AI image analysis software and drive positive customer experience.
  • Work with our Market Development, Application, Product Expert and Marketing teams to create and grow a strong user community.
  • Manage renewals and drive expansion.
  • Directly contribute to meeting quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Utilize value selling techniques to identify and address customer needs.
Qualifications
  • BA / BS or MS degree in biology or chemistry, or a related scientific field.
  • Proven successful experience in a customer-facing role such as Customer Success Management, Customer Support or Account Management in a SaaS or software sales environment.
  • Experience using microscopy and/or image analysis software.
  • Hands-on experience with advanced microscopy systems (e.g. confocal, multi-photon, spinning disk and/or light sheet).
  • Fluent in English and in another European language.
Travel, Vehicle & Physical/Environment Requirements
  • Ability to travel – 10% travel, overnight, within territory or locations
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
