Nestlé Waters & Premium Beverages Italy, Assago (MI) offers a full-time internship (6 months) in the International Supply Planning Team. Start date October 2026.

You will help create and optimize the supply plan for in-house production to ensure stock levels and service quality for Italian Nestlé brands in export markets. Ideal candidates are undergrads/graduates in relevant fields with strong analytical and Excel/Power BI skills, fluent English, and a willingness to learn in an international

Competenze

• Undergraduates or graduates in Management Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics.
• Italian mother tongue; Fluent in English (C1).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel (advanced), PowerPoint, Power BI.

Mansioni

• Analyze service risk and demand and supply deviations.
• Perform weekly plan review with process constraints and lead times.
• Regularly interact with logistics, Intermarket, and MRP teams to finetune supply plan.
• Maintain internal Supply Chain KPIs.

Position Summary

Working in the International Supply Planning Team to create and optimize the supply plan for in house production, contributing to ensure the proper stock level and the best service level of the Italian Nestlé Waters & Premium Beverages International brands in export markets.

A day in the life of...

• Analyze service risk and demand and supply deviations;
• Perform weekly plan review agreed with process constraints and lead times;
• Regularly Interact with logistic, Intermarket team and MRP teams to finetune supply plan;
• Maintain internal Supply Chain KPIs;
• Cooperate with International stakeholders and colleagues in more than 120 countries.

Our Selection Process

Step 1:

Meeting with HR – Talent Acquisition → Motivational and Attitudinal Assessment

An introductory conversation focused on your motivations, academic background and interest in Supply Chain Planning and Operations. We will explore your analytical mindset, problem-solving skills and willingness to learn in a dynamic and international environment.

Step 2:

Meeting with the Business (Reference Tutor / Line Manager) → Production & Capacity Planning Discussion

A conversation aimed at understanding your interest in Production and Supply Planning, your analytical approach and ability to work with data. You may be asked to discuss academic projects or experiences related to planning, forecasting, KPI monitoring, process optimization or supply chain operations in an international context.

Step 3:

Feedback

You will receive feedback at the end of the selection process, regardless of the outcome.
