Freudenberg Group in Italy seeks a customer service specialist responsible for order validation, entry, and confirmation. You will monitor orders, manage claims and returns, and ensure clear communication between customers and internal production.

Responsibilities also include serving as the main customer contact for issues, and supporting transfer projects and process improvements. Fluency in English and German is required; French is a plus.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required in language or economics; advanced degree is a plus.
• Professional experience in customer service is preferred.
• SAP experience is required.

Mansioni

• Validate and enter orders, confirm receipt, and manage delivery.
• Monitor order statuses and handling of claims and returns.
• Maintain clear communication between customers and internal production.
• Act as primary contact for customers and handle issues or escalations.
• Support transfer projects and process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Order Validation & Entry : Conduct order validations and entries.

• Order Confirmation : Confirm customer order receipt, creation, and delivery.

• Monitoring & Management: Monitor and track order statuses, managing claim cases and returns.

• Communication: Provide clear and consistent communication between customers and internal production.

• Customer Support: Serve as the primary contact for customers, including cases of issues or escalation.

• Projects & Initiatives : Support transfer projects and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Language or Economic Field; advanced degree preferred or compensating years of experience.

• Professional Experience :Specified years of customer service experience is a plus.

• Skills :SAP experience.

• Languages :Fluent-level English, and German. French is a plus.

The minimum gross annual salary for this position in Italy is €31,000. Compensation for this position will be determined by the candidate’s qualifications, experience, education, and overall alignment with the role’s responsibilities
