VIT Incoming is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support travelers across Europe from our Parma headquarters. The role focuses on timely inquiries handling, issue resolution, and coordination with local suppliers to ensure premium service.

The ideal candidate has strong English communication, problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering memorable travel experiences. This full-time position requires working on-site in Parma, with no remote option.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for travelers in Europe, providing timely assistance via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Respond to and resolve client inquiries, concerns, and special requests during their travels.
• Coordinate with local suppliers, including hotels, transportation companies, and activity providers to ensure smooth execution of itineraries.
• Manage unexpected situations such as flight delays, weather disruptions, or health emergencies with composure and efficiency.
• Document all client interactions and maintain detailed records of issues and resolutions.
• Provide real-time updates to travelers regarding their itineraries, local conditions, or special events.
• Collaborate with the operations team to continuously improve our service delivery and client experience.

Customer Service Specialist (Europe Travel Support) based in Parma

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to join our team and provide exceptional support to travelers during their European journeys. In this role, you will be the vital link between our clients and our operations team, ensuring seamless experiences throughout their travels. You'll handle inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and coordinate with local suppliers to deliver the premium service our clients expect. This position requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for creating memorable travel experiences.

Work Schedule

• Wednesday to Sunday for 2 weeks
• Monday to Friday for 2 weeks
• 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for travelers in Europe, providing timely assistance via phone, email, and messaging platforms
• Respond to and resolve client inquiries, concerns, and special requests during their travels
• Coordinate with local suppliers, including hotels, transportation companies, and activity providers to ensure smooth execution of itineraries
