Responsibilities & Activities

  • Handle order entry accurately in the system.
  • Provide timely order status follow-up to customers.
  • Conduct proactive calls to customers to strengthen relationships and ensure satisfaction.
  • Serve as a point of contact for inquiries, ensuring professional and efficient communication.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, etc.) to resolve issues and ensure smooth order processing.
  • Maintain up-to-date and precise customer records.

  • Proficiency in French and German (spoken and written).
  • Good command of English and Italian is a plus.
