HaslerRail is seeking a reliable Customer Service Administrator to support warehouse, incoming logistics, repair and production activities. The role involves receiving equipment, registering product information, labeling, and maintaining an orderly warehouse environment.

We are looking for a reliable and organized Customer Service Administrator a warehouse & incoming logistics technician to support our repair and production activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving incoming equipment, registering product information, managing labelling activities, preparing outgoing shipments, and maintaining an orderly warehouse environment.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, values accuracy and organization, and wants to support the production and repair of electronic equipment used in the railway industry.

We offer a permanent employment contract under the Italian National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the metal-mechanical sector, with a gross annual salary (RAL) ranging between €24,000 and €30,000, depending on the candidate’s experience and skills.

In addition, in line with company policy and applicable collective agreements, we offer:
