Berlin Packaging is seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Project Manager to support the development of new customer projects. You will act as the key link between Sales, customers, and internal departments, guiding projects from the initial brief through development, validation, and final implementation.

The role requires strong coordination, excellent communication, and a customer-focused mindset. You will manage timelines, samples, and documentation while ensuring quality and on-time

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in Project Management, Customer Project Management, Product Development, or similar roles.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, packaging, consumer goods, or product development environments is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of project planning and coordination principles.

Mansioni

• Support the Sales team in evaluating and managing new customer briefs and project requests.
• Coordinate project activities from concept through development and implementation.
• Serve as the main point of contact between customers and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Define project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Coordinate the preparation and delivery of samples, prototypes, and supporting documentation.
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify potential risks, delays, or issues.
• Ensure effective communication and alignment among all functions involved, including Sales, R&D, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Procurement.
• Provide regular project status updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high levels of quality and customer satisfaction.
• Support product launch and industrialization activities when required.
