Berlin Packaging is seeking a proactive Project Manager to join our team and support new customer projects from brief to implementation. You will link Sales, customers, and internal departments, coordinating timelines, samples, and documentation to ensure on-time delivery and high customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a related field, solid project coordination skills, and the ability to work across functions and international teams. Fluency in English is required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing or related field.
• Previous experience in Project Management, Customer Project Management, Product Development, or similar roles.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, packaging, consumer goods, or product development environments is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of project planning and coordination principles.

Mansioni

• Support the Sales team in evaluating and managing new customer briefs and project requests.
• Coordinate project activities from concept through development and implementation.
• Serve as the main point of contact between customers and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Define project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Coordinate the preparation and delivery of samples, prototypes, and supporting documentation.
• Monitor project progress and identify risks, delays, or issues.
• Ensure effective communication and alignment among all functions involved (Sales, R&D, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement).
• Provide regular project status updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.
• Support product launch and industrialization activities when required.
