Schneider Electric cerca una risorsa per supportare il team Qualità nella gestione dei reclami, nel monitoraggio delle azioni correttive e nell'analisi dei dati per migliorare la non conformità in ambiente industriale.

La figura collaborerà con Produzione, Logistica e Supply Chain, preparerà report e presentazioni per i clienti e contribuirà all'aggiornamento delle procedure qualità. Si richiede Excel, PowerPoint, buona conoscenza inglese e interesse per sistemi di gestione qualità.

  • Buona conoscenza di Excel, PowerPoint e Outlook.
  • Competenze analitiche e capacità di problem solving.
  • Interessse per sistemi di gestione qualità e miglioramento continuo.
  • Conoscenze base delle metodologie 8D, 5 Why e FMEA (facoltative).
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.

Mansioni

  • Supportare registrazione, classificazione e monitoraggio dei reclami.
  • Aggiornare database e KPI legati alle non conformità.
  • Collaborare con Produzione, Antenna tecnica, PM, Logistica e Supply Chain per le analisi.
  • Supportare preparazione di report qualità e presentazioni per clienti.
  • Monitorare avanzamento azioni correttive e preventive.
  • Partecipare ad attività di Root Cause Analysis.
  • Supportare la preparazione della documentazione 8D.
  • Verificare completezza della documentazione relativa ai reclami.
  • Collaborare all'aggiornamento delle procedure qualità.
  • Supportare analisi statistica dei dati sui reclami e sulle non conformità.

Descrizione del lavoro

La risorsa supporterà il team Qualità nella gestione dei reclami cliente, nel monitoraggio delle azioni correttive e nella raccolta delle evidenze necessarie per garantire una risposta efficace e puntuale ai clienti. La risorsa avrà l'opportunità di acquisire competenze sui processi di qualità, problem solving e gestione delle non conformità in ambiente industriale.

Principali attività
  • Supportare la registrazione e la classificazione e il monitoraggio dei reclami cliente.
  • Aggiornare i database e i KPI relativi alle non conformità.
  • Collaborare con Produzione, Antenna tecnica, PM, Logistica e Supply Chain per la raccolta delle informazioni necessarie alle analisi.
  • Supportare la preparazione di report qualità e presentazioni per clienti.
  • Monitorare lo stato di avanzamento delle azioni correttive e preventive.
  • Partecipare alle attività di Root Cause Analysis
  • Supportare la preparazione della documentazione 8D.
  • Verificare la completezza della documentazione relativa ai reclami.
  • Collaborare alla definizione e all'aggiornamento delle procedure qualità.
  • Supportare l'analisi statistica dei dati relativi ai reclami e alle non conformità.
Competenze tecniche
  • Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Capacità di analisi dati.
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata).
  • Interesse per i sistemi di gestione qualità e miglioramento continuo
  • Conoscenza base delle metodologie 8D, 5 Why, FMEA (nice to have )
  • Conoscenza della norma ISO 9001.(nice to have )
  • Esperienza universitaria o progettuale nell'analisi dati.(nice to have)
