Accenture Italia seeks a DVS CTO to lead technology strategy and execution for the Digital Video Services portfolio, including AVS and AMAP. You will shape platform roadmaps, scale products, and align with client needs across media and telecom sectors.

You will drive cloud-native, data, and AI-enabled solutions, mentor global engineering teams, and collaborate with sales and product groups to deliver scalable, reliable platforms at scale. Travel may be required as business demands evolve.

Competenze

• Strong experience in product and platform engineering leadership.
• Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures, microservices, data platforms, and AI/ML-enabled solutions.
• Proven track record in scaling complex platforms and leading distributed global engineering teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing capabilities, with ability to translate market needs into scalable roadmaps.
• Experience with video platforms, broadcast workflows, content delivery, or advertising technology ecosystems.
