Norwegian Cruise Line is seeking a Manager, Interior Outfitting in Monfalcone, Italy, responsible for leading all interior outfitting activities for newbuilding projects. This role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture and Design along with at least 5 years of relevant experience in shipbuilding or hospitality projects.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in CAD and possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. A leadership capability to supervise and develop teams is also essential.

Competenze

• At least 5 years of experience in interior outfitting, shipbuilding, construction, or large-scale hospitality projects.
• Fluent in English (B2/C1 or above preferred).

Mansioni

• Lead and oversee all interior outfitting activities for assigned newbuilding projects.
• Manage and direct daily inspection activities, production monitoring, and documentation processes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact with shipyards, designers, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Proactively identify project risks and implement corrective actions.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop Interior Outfitting Surveyors and project team members.

Conoscenze

Advanced knowledge of interior architectural construction processes

Strong understanding of shipbuilding production schedules

Proficient in CAD/Microstation and Microsoft Office Suite

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
