WPP Media is seeking a Manager, Consulting Analytics & CRO to drive CRO and Digital Analytics strategies for top clients. You will oversee data collection, transformation, and actionable insights across the organization, collaborating with developers to implement technical solutions.

The role requires hands-on analytics tools, strong communication, and a proven ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail in a hybrid work environment.

Competenze

• Proficiency in developing and conveying CRO and Digital Analytics strategies in simple terms.
• Ability to independently draft detailed requirements/implementation documents.
• Clear and proper communication of technical activities to developers.
• Daily use of Adobe Analytics, GA4, GTM, and familiarity with technical implementation as well as data analysis.

Mansioni

• Lead CRO analytics projects for high-profile clients.
• Ensure data is properly collected, transformed, and made actionable across the company.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications for developers.
