EssilorLuxottica seeks a CRM Intern to support growth initiatives in customer acquisition, retention, and sales per customer. You will analyze campaigns, help test CRM projects, and coordinate cross-tool scheduling to improve lifetime value.

Qualifications

• Educational background in marketing.
• Ability to collaborate with a variety of team members in a matrix organization.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of catalog and/or direct marketing environment.

Responsabilités

• Support analytics and weekly reporting on campaigns performance.
• Assist in campaigns testing and approval processes.
• Coordinate scheduling of campaigns across tools.
• Support tests and UAT for CRM projects.
