Job summary

EssilorLuxottica seeks a CRM Intern to support growth initiatives in customer acquisition, retention, and sales per customer. You will analyze campaigns, help test CRM projects, and coordinate cross-tool scheduling to improve lifetime value.

The role requires Marketing education, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work with a matrix team. Flexible work conditions and benefits are provided.

Your role

We are looking for a CRM Intern who willsupport the programs that drive growth in new customer acquisition, customer retention and sales per customer, leading to improve customer lifetime value. Using results to drive new initiatives and providing insightful recommendations, this position plays a pivotal role in continually improving the company’s sales and marketing results.

Main responsibilities:

• Support in analytics & weekly reporting on campaigns performance
• Support in campaigns testing and approval process
• Alignment of the different campaigns scheduling cross tools
• Support in tests and UAT for specific CRM projects

Main requirements:

• Educational Background inMarketing
• Ability to collaborate with a variety of team members and levels in a matrix organization.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Analytical skills. Statistical and modeling competencies a plus.
• Knowledge of catalog and/or direct marketing environment
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Powerpoint, along with general understanding of other analytical tools
