Job summary

EssilorLuxottica Group in Milano is offering an Omnichannel Business Development Intern role for candidates with a quantitative mindset. You will support performance analysis across Retail, Wholesale and E-commerce, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn data into insights.

You'll extract data from BI systems (e.g., SAP BO), help define KPIs, and build dashboards with Excel and Power BI, while developing your analytics skills in a global eyewear leader.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Economics or other quantitative fields.
• Strong analytical and structured mindset required.
• Fluency in English and good communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Support omnichannel performance analysis across Retail, Wholesale and E-commerce
• Extract, structure and validate data from internal BI systems (e.g. SAP Business Objects)
• Contribute to KPI definition and performance monitoring frameworks
• Build, optimize and maintain dashboards and reporting tools (eg. Excel, Power BI)
• Analyse existing reports, identify gaps or inconsistencies and propose improvements
• Provide analytical support for strategic and cross-functional projects
