BasicNet SpA, headquartered in Turin, seeks a Credit Collector for the Finance function at its Turin HQ. The role focuses on credit management, portfolio monitoring, and recovery of outstanding amounts, requiring strong negotiation and analytical skills.

The candidate will interact with Sales and Customer Service, and operate across multinational contexts, bringing at least 5 years of relevant experience and fluency in English. A competitive salary and company benefits are offered.

Who We're Looking For

For our Credit Department within the Finance function at our Turin Headquarters, we are looking for a Credit Collector with proven experience in credit collection and credit management.

Key Responsabilities

• Monitor the credit portfolio and manage collection activities;
• Assess customers’ creditworthiness and identify potential risks of default;
• Manage customer relationships regarding the recovery of outstanding amounts;
• Conduct negotiations and define repayment plans where necessary;
• Collaborate with internal departments, particularly Sales and Customer Service, as well as with field agents;
• Monitor collection performance and contribute to reducing payment times;
• Prepare reports and analyses related to credit positions.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required

• At least 5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably within structured organizations;
• Fluent English, both written and spoken;
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the Office suite;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365;
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills;
• Proactive and dynamic approach;
• Good interpersonal skills and a strong teamwork attitude;
• Experience in international and/or multinational environments.

Salary Package: from approximately € 27.839 up to a maximum of € 33.000, depending on the overall assessment of the candidate's profile and the position, plus a range of company benefits.
