BasicNet SpA, headquartered in Turin, seeks a Credit Collector for the Finance function at its Turin HQ. The role focuses on credit management, portfolio monitoring, and recovery of outstanding amounts, requiring strong negotiation and analytical skills.

The candidate will interact with Sales and Customer Service, and operate across multinational contexts, bringing at least 5 years of relevant experience and fluency in English. A competitive salary and company benefits are offered.

Competenze

• At least 5 years of experience in credit collection or credit management.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the Office suite.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Experience in international and/or multinational environments.

Mansioni

• Monitor the credit portfolio and manage collection activities.
• Assess customers’ creditworthiness and identify risks of default.
• Manage customer relationships regarding recovery of outstanding amounts.
• Conduct negotiations and define repayment plans where necessary.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service, and with field agents.
• Monitor collection performance and help reduce payment times.
• Prepare reports and analyses related to credit positions.
