BasicNet is seeking a Credit Collector to join the Finance function at its Turin Headquarters. The role requires proven experience in credit collection and management, with strong Excel and Dynamics 365 skills. Fluency in English and excellent negotiation abilities are essential as is the capacity to work in international environments.

The candidate will contribute to credit risk assessment, collections strategies, and cross-functional coordination with the credit department and other teams.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required

• At least 5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably within structured organizations;
• Fluent English, both written and spoken;
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the Office suite;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365;
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills;
• Proactive and dynamic approach;
• Good interpersonal skills and a strong teamwork attitude;
• Experience in internationaland/or multinational environments.
