Metapic in Italy is seeking a Creator Growth Manager to own growth, activation and retention of our creator community. This people-oriented, entrepreneurial role blends creator relationship management, community building, and data-driven decision making to scale our Italian creator cohort.

You will identify high-potential creators, build meaningful relationships, create scalable onboarding content, and own processes from sign-up to active, high-performing creators.
