MENARINI Group is seeking a temporary Training Solutions professional to manage the global e‑learning platform (m-Learning) and provide training and technical support to Italian and worldwide trainers. The role includes ticket management, user account creation, and testing for new courses, with involvement in corporate initiatives.

The position aligns with Category D under the CCNL for the Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industry and requires a degree with 1–5 years of relevant LMS experience and

• Education (mandatory/preferable): Degree
• Years of experience: min 1‑3 officer, preferred > 3 ‑ 5 Specialist
• Familiar with the LMS Cornerstone is a preference
• Capacity to work autonomously and strong planning skills
• English proficiency at least B2

Overview

The main focus is the management of the e-learning platform m-Learning. As a part of Global Training Dept, the Training Solutions function is focused in identifying, implementing and managing all the training related tools and platforms. This is a maternity leave coverage.

Main Activities & Responsibilities

• Manage Global e-learning platform (m-Learning), Cornerstone based
• Training and technical support for Italian and worldwide Trainers on the utilization of Corporate training tools (m-Learning, WePeople/PeoplePlus etc)
• Communicate with the Global Competence Centers together with me
• Manage tickets on Einstein
• Creation of manual accounts in m-Learning
• Technical tests for new Global and local courses
• Support for Corporate initiatives (Mentimeter etc.)
• Back‑up of the e-learning Corporate Manager

The selected candidate will be employed under Category D in accordance with the provisions of the current National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for the Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industry, including all applicable contractual and remuneration terms, and in compliance with Legislative Decree No. 96/2026.

Job Requirements

• Education (mandatory/preferable): Degree
• Years of experience: min 1‑3 officer, preferred > 3 ‑ 5 Specialist
• Predisposition/talent to the use of computer system or LMS paltforms is a must (familiar with the LMS Cornerstone is a preference)
• Qualification and skills : organization, rigor, planning, problem solving, capacity to work autonomously
• Language skills and level of proficiency (minimum required): English (B2)
