Sofidel SpA in Porcari (LU) is seeking a Corporate Training Assistant to support planning, coordination and administration of the Group learning activities, contributing to skill development and ensuring compliant training processes.

This maternity-cover role involves helping implement the Group training plan, managing LMS, coordinating training events, and maintaining accurate training records, with opportunities for professional growth in an international group.

• Master’s degree in HR or related field.

PURPOSE

To support the effective planning, coordination and administration of Group learning activities, contributing to the continuous development of employees’ skills and competencies and to the enhancement of the organization’s potential through targeted training initiatives, while ensuring smooth execution of training processes, accurate record management and compliance with Group procedures.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supports the Line Manager in the implementation and administration of the Group training plan, ensuring the effective planning, scheduling and delivery of learning initiatives.
• Contributes to the continuous development of employees’ skills and competencies, supporting the design and delivery of training initiatives that strengthen individual capabilities and enhance the overall potential of the organization.
• Acts as a key point of contact for the Group Learning Management System (LMS), supporting system administration, learning content deployment, reporting, user experience and process optimization.
• Supports the delivery of employee engagement and organizational climate survey activities, contributing in project planning and execution, stakeholder communication, reporting and follow-up initiatives
• Leads the organization of learning events and training programmes, managing logistics, communications, enrolments and attendance tracking.
• Contributes to the identification and management of training funding opportunities and supports the related administrative processes.
• Maintains accurate training records and learning documentation, ensuring timely data updates and coordinating with local HR teams to monitor data quality, consistency and compliance with Group training processes.
• Monitors training attendance and collects participants' feedback and course evaluation results.
• Promote a safety-bound corporate culture

REQUIREMENTS FOR YOUR APPLICATION

• Master’s degree in HR or a related field
• Good English knowledge and natural attitude to IT matters
• Collaborative approach, enthusiastic and trustworthy
• Attention to detail, precision, and problem-solving skills

This role sits within a salary range of € 30.000 - 35.000, defined based on internal equity and external market benchmarks. The final offer will be tailored, reflecting the selected candidate’s experience, skills, and overall contribution to the role.
