Job summary

Bending Spoons in Milan is seeking a talented corporate lawyer to join our fast-growing, ambitious team. You will support cross-border acquisitions, negotiate contracts, and build scalable legal tools.

You will monitor regulatory developments, advise on financing and equity matters, and help shape company-wide policies. A law degree and solid in-house or firm experience are expected, with fluent English and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

Support cross-border acquisitions, due diligence, drafting transaction documents, and post-completion integrations.
Advise on financing, debt and equity matters, and equity plans/instruments.
Draft and negotiate cross-border contracts including confidentiality, consulting, licensing, SaaS.
Build scalable legal tools: forms, playbooks, AI-powered workflows.
Monitor regulatory developments and address evolving business needs.
