Michael Page International Italia S.r.l. cerca un Product Specialist (Corporate Lending) per una banca con presenza internazionale, focalizzata su corporate lending, structured finance, project finance e real estate finance.

La figura supporterà i Senior Banker nelle attività di advisory, onboarding e gestione della redditività dei clienti, oltre a contribuire alla documentazione di credito e allo sviluppo dell’expertise di prodotto in collaborazione con Treasury e Debt Capital Markets.

Qualifications

• Laurea universitaria completata in Economia, Business Administration, Finanza o titolo comparabile.
• Almeno 3–5 anni di esperienza in Corporate Banking, con esposizione a processi di credito e strumenti banking.
• Profilo professionale con buone doti comunicative, negoziali e capacità di relazione.
• Spiccata capacità analitica, metodo di lavoro strutturato e propensione all’apprendimento autonomo.

Responsibilities

• Supportare i Senior Banker nell’individuazione delle esigenze dei clienti, nelle attività di advisory e nel management della redditività dei clienti aziendali.
• Supportare nel drafting della documentazione per i comitati di rischio interno.
• Gestire onboarding dei clienti e procedure Know Your Customer (KYC) in linea con gli standard regolamentari.
• Esecuzione come Product Specialist delle operazioni di Corporate Lending e sviluppo di documentazione contrattuale e di presentazione.

Your mission

Client Coverage

• Support Senior Bankers in the identification of client needs, advisory activities and the ongoing profitability management of corporate clients based on structured needs analyses, engagement strategies, and client plans;


• Support Senior Bankers in drafting documentation for internal credit risk committees.


• After an appropriate onboarding period, progressively assume responsibilities and execute client onboarding processes and \"Know Your Customer\" (KYC) requirements in line with regulatory standards

Product Specialist (Corporate Lending)

• Execution , as product specialist, of Corporate Lending - transactions. Prepare, implement, or support the implementation of credit and transaction documentation, including confidentiality agreements, standard and bespoke loan agreements, ensuring completeness of documentation, compliance with approvals and proper documentation tracking.


• Build up and continuously expand product expertise and support the development of related sales approaches, including presentations, in close cooperation with product areas such as Treasury Products or Debt Capital Markets.


• Actively contribute to the credit process in your role as a Product Specialist for Corporate Lending products, with a strong focus on execution using tools and systems . This includes partial support of CRM processes, acting as a central interface for internal stakeholders and monitoring the credit approval process.

• Completed university degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or a comparable qualification (e.g. banking apprenticeship combined with relevant professional training).


• At least 3-5 years of hands-on professional experience in Corporate Banking, including exposure to credit processes and the use of banking-related tools and systems.


• Professional personality with a confident appearance, strong communication skills and negotiation capability.


• Strong analytical skills, a structured working style and the ability to independently familiarize yourself with new subject areas.


• Pronounced client and sales orientation combined with a high level of teamwork, social competence, and risk awareness.


• Solution-oriented mindset with a strong focus on results and service quality, paired with initiative and motivation.


• Fluent Italian language skills, as well as very good English skills and German language skills (minimum B2 level).

Salary range: €50.000-€60.000, in relation to the previous experience
SW: 2 days/week
