Sella Investment Banking in Milan is offering a six-month paid internship. You will work on live corporate finance deals under the guidance of an Associate, gaining hands-on experience in M&A, leveraged finance and private debt.

We look for a Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field, strong MS Office skills, and fluency in English. The internship starts January 2027 and provides exposure to industry research, financial modeling and deal materials within a collaborative team.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field from a top-tier university.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in English; international study or work experience is a plus.

Mansioni

• Assist in the execution of corporate finance transactions with a deal team.
• Support industry and company research for investment analyses.
• Perform financial analyses, including statement review, valuation and modeling.
• Help prepare financial models, presentations and transaction materials.
• Contribute to risk–return assessments of potential transactions.
• Assist in internal approvals and gain exposure to committees.
