Sella Investment Banking in Milan is offering a six-month paid internship starting January 2027. You will support the team on live corporate finance transactions, including M&A, leveraged finance and private debt, with a focus on analysis, modeling and presentation preparation.

You will conduct industry and company research, perform financial analyses, assist in preparing pitchbooks and information memoranda, and gain exposure to internal approval processes through a collaborative team.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field from a top-tier university.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint in particular).
• Proficiency in English; international study or work experience is a plus.

• Support the execution of corporate finance transactions with a focus on M&A, leveraged finance or private debt.
