Alfasigma is seeking a Corporate Controller focused on processes and tools to lead group consolidated reporting and planning activities from Bologna. You will drive end-of-period analysis, budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning, while industrializing reporting workflows and collaborating with ICT on RPA opportunities.

The role requires a BA in Accounting/Finance, 5+ years in a similar role, strong knowledge of Power BI/SAC and other EPM tools, and excellent data visualization and English

Formación

• BA in Accounting or Finance or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role within multinationals or consulting firms.
• Excellent knowledge of reporting and planning systems (Power BI, SAC a plus; OneStream/Anaplan/Board).
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong data visualization and storytelling abilities.
• Experience in consolidated reporting and analysis of reporting packages for accuracy and performance.
• Fluency in English is required.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare group consolidated financial reports (monthly performance reviews, board materials).
• Conduct end-of-period analysis of group performance and investigate variances.
• Support consolidation of annual budgets, forecasts and long-term planning.
• Develop and monitor financial calendars for forecasting, budgeting and long-range planning.
• Industrialize reporting processes and automate recurring reports for global functions.
• Collaborate with ICT to maximize RPA opportunities for finance analysis.
• Design and cascade planning and reporting procedures across business areas.
• Drive operating reporting and planning execution with process improvements.
• Propose projects to broaden finance data content and accelerate insights.
• Create ad hoc analyses to support decision making.
• Design and implement robust financial controls as the business grows.
