The role leads the Global Business Insights team, drives BI transitions to Power BI, and collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders worldwide. Requires 5–7 years in performance analysis, pharma experience, and advanced English.

JOB TITLE: Performance Analysis Coordinator

Location: (Florence – Menarini Headquarters)Duration: PermanentContract Type: Full-Time

CONTEXT

The position is embedded within the Global Business Insights department. The Performance Analysis Coordinator will play a crucial role in transforming complex market and competitive data into growth strategies and will report directly to top management.

This professional will act as a strategic partner to Top Management and Company Ownership, supporting business decisions, crisis management, and institutional activities. Additionally, the role will lead an established operational team and drive the technological transition of our business intelligence infrastructure. This assignment offers a high-exposure growth path for an internal candidate with strong analytical leadership.

Main Activities & Responsibilities

• Strategy & Market Analysis: Monitor the competitive landscape and macro-market trends to proactively identify business opportunities and potential threats. Conduct SWOT analysis, competitor benchmarking, and extract national and global sales data.
• Executive Support Management: Promptly elaborate market scenarios, estimation analyses, and ad-hoc reports based on urgent requests from Company Ownership, providing key data to support high-level institutional tables.
• Team Leadership: Guide and coordinate a direct team, defining operational priorities, managing workload distribution, and fostering their professional development.
• Business Intelligence: Manage and implement corporate BI platforms, leading the ongoing transition to Power BI. Develop customized dashboards, support forecasting projects, and implement innovative AI-driven insights solutions.
• Cross-functional Alignment: Collaborate with corporate and regional stakeholders to ensure a unified approach to performance analysis and market intelligence.

Job Requirements

• Education: Master’s Degree (Laurea Magistrale) in Statistical Sciences, Economics, or closely related quantitative disciplines.
• Professional Experience: Proven track record (minimum 5-7 years) in Performance Analysis and Business Intelligence, with a strong preference for experience gained within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Technical Proficiency:
  • Excellent knowledge of relational databases (Oracle) and BI platforms (Oracle OBIEE and Power BI).
  • Deep expertise in IQVIA datasets and relevant pharma software/database/sources (e.g., secondary data, other audits, institutional sources).
  • Advanced mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Access, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Language Skills: Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken) to interface effectively with global stakeholders.
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership and people management capabilities; outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills; proven ability to synthesize complex information under pressure.

The selected candidate will be employed under Category B in accordance with the provisions of the current National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for the Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industry, with an estimated annual base salary between Eur 48.000,00 and Eur 53.000,00, including all applicable contractual and remuneration terms, and in compliance with Legislative Decree No. 96/2026.
