Kids&Us Language School Ostuni is seeking an Academic Coordinator to support daily school operations and provide managerial oversight. This role blends teaching-support with administrative coordination to keep the school running smoothly.

The position is 20 hours per week on a fixed-term contract until June 2027, with start date 07 September 2026. English proficiency at C1, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks are essential.

Mansioni

• Guiding and supporting teachers in lesson planning, student evaluation, and school events

• Conducting evaluations at the end of each trimester/story
• Managing and updating school systems and records, including data entry related to students, classes, attendance, and academic progress

Contract type: Fixed‑term contract until June 2027;

Hours: 20 hours per week, distributed over 5 working days;

Start date: 07 September 2026.

Your role

This position involves providing both operational and managerial support to the daily activities of the school, contributing to its smooth and efficient functioning.

We are looking for a dynamic individual, with strong problem‑solving abilities and excellent organizational skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Your Main Responsibilities Will Include

• Guiding and supporting teachers in lesson planning, student evaluation, and school events
• Monitoring student progress and ensuring meaningful follow‑up with families (progress, attendance, grades, reports, development, meetings…)
• Conducting evaluations at the end of each trimester/story
• Managing and updating school systems and records, including accurate data entry related to students, classes, attendance, and academic progress

Salary

We offer a salary aligned with CCNL ANINSEI (level 8A).

The gross annual salary (full‑time equivalent) starts from €22,017 and will be proportionally adjusted based on the agreed working hours.
