Kids&Us is seeking an energetic English Teacher/Academic Coordinator for a hybrid role in Sicily. You will teach young learners and coordinate academic activities, training to use our method for ages 1–18, and support families and colleagues while maintaining professional communication.

Requirements include C1+ English, ability to plan and organise, and a willingness to work with children. The position offers a fixed-term contract with hours split between teaching and coordination.

As our teacher you’ll learn to:

• Prepare your classes using Kids&Us' lessons, music, games, stories and arts and crafts.
• Monitor your students' progress and guide learners towards their goals.
• Develop strong, meaningful relationships with students, their families, and your peers and mentors to support the growth of the children.
• Communicate in an efficient, effective, and professional manner.

As a coordinator you’ll have to:

• Supervise academic processes following Kids&Us policies and method
• Support the director in teaching and administrative activities of the school

Requirements:

• Teaching experience is a plus, but not required.
• Advanced or Proficiency level in English (C1 or higher)
• Have a Certificate of Carichi Pendenti with no previous record.
• Registered to the Centro per l'impiego
• Interest in working with children
• Planning and organisation skills

We Offer:

• Fixed-term until ....;
• X hours per week as a coordinator and X hours per week as a teacher (in total X h per week);

• Salary: We offer a salary aligned with CCNL ANINSEI.
• The gross annual salary (full-time equivalent) starts from €20,665 to €22,017 and will be proportionally adjusted based on the agreed working hours.

As this is a hybrid role combining teaching and academic coordination, the contractual level (Level 5 or Level 8A) will be defined based on the prevailing responsibilities.
