Kids&Us Language School is seeking an energetic English Teacher/Academic Coordinator for a hybrid role in Sicily. The position blends teaching and academic coordination, with salary aligned to CCNL ANINSEI and scope that includes classroom planning and learner progress monitoring.

Responsibilities include supervising academic processes, supporting the director, and building strong relationships with students and families. Fluency in English (C1+) and planning skills are essential.

• Teaching experience is a plus, but not required.
• Advanced or Proficiency level in English (C1 or higher).
• Certificate of Carichi Pendenti with no previous record.
• Registered to the Centro per l'impiego.
• Interest in working with children.
• Planning and organisation skills.

As Our Teacher You’ll Learn To

• Prepare your classes using Kids&Us’ lessons, music, games, stories and arts and crafts.
• Monitor your students’ progress and guide learners towards their goals.
• Develop strong, meaningful relationships with students, their families, and your peers and mentors to support the growth of the children.
• Communicate in an efficient, effective, and professional manner.

As a coordinator you’ll have to:

• Supervise academic processes following Kids&Us policies and method
• Support the director in teaching and administrative activities of the school

As this is a hybrid role combining teaching and academic coordination, the contractual level (Level 5 or Level 8A) will be defined based on the prevailing responsibilities.

The gross annual salary (full-time equivalent) starts from €20,665 to €22,017 and will be proportionally adjusted based on the agreed working hours.
