Job summary

Heritage Holdings is seeking a COO Intern to join its Milan-based team for a six-month internship. You will act as a project manager across the business, coordinating initiatives that span teams and delivering results under senior leadership oversight.

This role offers exposure to client experience, portfolio management operations, finance, and product/tech collaboration, helping you understand how a modern wealth management firm operates from within.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Tech-savvy with interest in new technologies.
• Familiarity with data automation tools (VBA, Power BI, Python) is a plus.
• Highly motivated with hands-on attitude.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Effective communicator with collaborative mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Availability for a 6-month internship starting in November/December 2026.
