Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a highly creative Video Editor for performance ads in the ecommerce space. You will transform briefs and assets into compelling video ads for Meta, TikTok, Google, and YouTube, using AI-powered tools to produce authentic and AI-generated content at scale.

You will work with the creative lead to test hooks, refine campaigns based on performance data, and contribute to quarterly planning for major Q4 campaigns and promotions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years editing direct-response video ads for e‑commerce/DTC brands
• Portfolio with live ads showing measurable business impact
• Ability to identify hooks and create compelling captions in English for US audiences
• Familiarity with Meta creative testing methodologies and campaign performance
• Experience with AI-driven video production workflows

Responsibilities

• Transform briefs and product assets into high-conversion video ads.
• Produce a consistent weekly volume of original concepts and hook variations.
• Edit UGC, creator footage, product demos and marketing assets.
• Create AI-generated ad content including virtual presenters and synthesized voices.
• Test formats like problem‑solution, testimonials, unboxing and founder stories.
• Monitor metrics (hook rate, CTR, CPA, ROAS) and optimize accordingly.
• Stay updated on TikTok and Meta ad formats and trends.
