ANDRITZ HYDRO SRL UNIPERSONALE in Schio, Italy, is seeking a Controller to support service business in the HYDRO division. You will join the finance team to plan, monitor, and analyze economic performance and assist management decisions.

The role requires 3–5 years in management control, strong Excel and SAP skills, and willingness to travel. Work is based at the Schio office, with opportunities for professional development in a dynamic, international environment.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of experience in management control, preferably project-based
• Fluent in English and comfortable with international teams
• Proficiency with SAP and MS Office is preferred

Mansioni

• Oversee economic control by monitoring costs, revenues, margins, risks, and project progress
• Collaborate with Project Management and other functions to determine costs to complete
• Prepare periodic financial and management reports and analyze variances vs budget/forecast
• Contribute to company forecast, budget, and planning processes
• Support cost center planning and perform variance analysis with corrective actions
• Participate in monthly and annual closing activities and ensure data accuracy

ANDRITZ HYDRO SRL UNIPERSONALE is looking for a Controller for the service business in the HYDRO division to strengthen the department, based in Schio (VI) - Italy. The workplace will be Schio (VI), Italy. A controller is a professional within the administration, finance, and controlling area who is responsible for planning, monitoring, and analyzing the company’s economic and financial performance, supporting management in decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing economic control by monitoring costs, revenues, margins, financial risks, and the progress of assigned projects.
• Working with Project Management and other business functions to accurately determine costs to complete and ensure a proper understanding of the performance of assigned projects.
• Preparing periodic financial and management reports, analyzing actual results and variances versus budget/forecast.
• Contributing, within their area of responsibility, to the definition of the company forecast, budget, and plan.
• Supporting cost center planning and performing variance analysis between actual, budget, and forecast figures, identifying the causes of deviations and proposing corrective actions.
• Participating in monthly and annual closing activities, contributing to the accuracy of management accounting records and data reconciliation.

Technical Skills (knowledge)

• Knowledge of controlling principles, management accounting, budgeting, and reporting
• Excellent knowledge of and ability to use Excel
• Proficiency in using PC and the Office package in general
• Knowledge of the English Language spoken and written
• Knowledge of SAP and Spanish will be considered a plus
