ANDRITZ HYDRO SRL UNIPERSONALE in Schio (VI), Italy seeks a Controller for the HYDRO service division. You will monitor costs, revenues, margins and variances, and support management with decision-making through accurate reporting.

The role requires 3–5 years in management control, strong Excel/SAP skills, and English proficiency; travel to other regions is possible. A dynamic, international environment awaits in Schio.

Competenze

• Degree in Economics or Management Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in management control, preferably project-based.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• Wrequent travel to other regions may be required.

Mansioni

• Overseeing economic control by monitoring costs, revenues, margins, financial risks, and project progress.
• Working with Project Management to determine costs to complete and assess performance of projects.
• Preparing periodic financial and management reports and analyzing variances vs. budget/forecast.
• Contributing to company forecast, budget, and plan within area of responsibility.
• Supporting cost center planning and performing variance analysis to identify deviation causes and propose corrective actions.
• Participating in monthly/annual closing activities and ensuring accuracy of management accounting records.
