Dainese is seeking a Legal Specialist – Contracts & Litigation to join its Legal Department. You will manage contract portfolios and oversee litigation management, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external counsels.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s in Law and 3–5 years’ experience in law firms or in-house teams, with strong drafting, negotiation, and cross‑border dispute experience, and fluency in English.

Competenze

• Master's Degree in Law or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in a law firm and/or in-house legal department.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
• Experience supporting litigation and coordinating with external counsels.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Mansioni

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts across business areas (commercial, IT, procurement, real estate, etc.).
• Provide contract lifecycle support ensuring compliance with policies and business objectives.
• Support domestic and international litigation and coordinate with external counsels.
• Collect and organize documentation for litigation and settlement discussions.
• Monitor deadlines and coordinate with internal stakeholders and lawyers.
• Coordinate with external law firms and advisors to align with company priorities.
• Provide administrative support including budget monitoring and document archives.
