Joinimagine in Livraga, Lombardy, Italy is seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist (OMS Champion) to drive process excellence across the manufacturing and supply chain. You will spread Lean thinking, train Site Leaders, manage improvement projects and monitor KPIs to deliver measurable results.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Engineering or Economics (or a Master in Supply Chain) with 2+ years in CI, strong data analysis, Excel and Power BI, and excellent communication.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Economics or Master in Supply Chain.
• At least 2 years of experience in continuous improvement in manufacturing or supply chain.
• Good knowledge of diagnostic tools, data analysis and performance measurement.
• Good knowledge of English.
• Ability to analyze processes and solve problems.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel, Power BI.
• Proactive, team player with strong communication and improvement mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Spread and share the Lean mindset throughout the organization.
• Engaging Site Leaders in OMS by training them and supporting the Site Management Team to establish and maintain an Organization that Delivers
• Manage and support process improvement projects.
• Implement and monitor KPIs.
• Promote and convey continuous improvement tools.
• Managing continuous improvement opportunities, addressing necessary actions.
• Supporting the implementation and maintenance of Performance Management.

In this Continuous Improvement Specialist (OMS Champion) role you will:

• Spread and share the Lean mindset throughout the organization;
• Engaging Site Leaders in OMS by training them and supporting the Site Management Team to establish and maintain an Organization that Delivers
• Manage and support process improvement projects
• Implement and monitor KPIs
• Promote and convey continuous improvement tools;
• Managing continuous improvement opportunities, addressing necessary actions;
• Supporting the implementation and maintenance of Performance Management;

The ideal candidate has the following characteristics:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Economics or Master in Supply Chain;
• At least 2 years of experience in continuous improvement's team in Manufacturing/Supply Chain Industry.
• Good knowledge of the main diagnostic tools, data analysis and performance measurement;
• Good knowledge of the English;
• Ability to analyze processes and solve problems;
• Excellent knowledge of Excel, Power BI;
• Proactive personality, able to work in a team with good communication skills and a strong propensity for improvement

Salary Range: €32.000 - € 38.000
