Job summary

Roche is seeking a dynamic Content Creator to join our Communication team in Italy. You will craft engaging content for websites, social networks, and multimedia formats, shaping our digital storytelling and brand voice.

You will ideate and produce videos, infographics, images, and audio content while exploring AI-driven approaches and maintaining quality, consistency, and SEO awareness. The role offers a 6-month internship with a monthly allowance and growth opportunities within a global health

Qualifications

• Degree in Communication Sciences, Marketing, Digital Media, or related fields.
• Strong storytelling and bilingual Italian/English communication.
• Deep understanding of social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook).
• Experience with WordPress CMS.
• Proven content creator or social media manager.
• Proficient in video editing and graphic design.
• Familiarity with SEO and AI in marketing.
• Excellent time management and teamwork.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Autonomy and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

The Position

We're looking for a dynamic and creative Content Creator to join our Communication team. If you're passionate about storytelling, have an eye for content creation, and possess proven experience in crafting engaging content across various platforms, then you might be the person we're looking for!

Responsibilities

• Conceive, develop, and produce a variety of digital content, including
• Post/ Articles: Creation articles for website and copy for social network
• Videos: Ideation, shooting (if required), editing, and post-production for short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts), tutorials, interviews, and explainer videos
• Infographics: Design and creation of clear and informative infographics to present complex data and concepts in a visually appealing way
• Images & Graphics: Creation of static graphics for social media, websites, presentations, and marketing materials
• Podcasts/Audio: (Optional, if relevant to the company) Support in the production and editing of audio content
• AI: Involvement in experimental projects related to the use of AI for communication and digital marketing
• Maintain high quality and brand consistency across all produced content, adhering to style guidelines and tone of voice
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, new creative formats, and content production tools
• Analyze content performance to optimize future strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Communication Sciences, Marketing, Digital Media, Humanities, Public Relations, or a related field;
• Strong visual and verbal storytelling abilities.communication skills (verbal and written) both in Italian and in English - ability to write and deliver training courses and materials; ability to read, understand and communicate business and technical information;
• Strong understanding of social media dynamics and best practices for each platform (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress)
• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar role, (it is a plus to have a portfolio demonstrating the ability to create high-quality content across various platforms)
• Experience in video editing software and graphic design software
• Familiarity with SEO
• Proven experience and skills in Artificial Intelligence
• Time-management and predisposition for teamwork and proactivity skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Autonomy, proactivity, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in English and Italian (B2 level or higher)
