Roche Holding AG sucht eine kreative Content Creator für das Kommunikationsteam. Sie konzipieren und produzieren digitale Inhalte für verschiedene Plattformen und betreuen Posts, Articles sowie Formate wie Videos, Infografiken und Grafiken.

Schwerpunkt liegt auf storytelling, Markenführung und AI-Initiativen. Sie verfügen über Erfahrung in Content Creation, Social Media, Video-Editing und SEO; fließendes Italienisch/Englisch (B2) wird erwartet; WordPress-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Communication Sciences, Marketing, Digital Media, Humanities, Public Relations, or a related field.
Strong storytelling abilities; fluent in Italian and English; ability to write and deliver training materials.
Strong understanding of social media dynamics and best practices for each platform (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, etc.).
Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress)
Proven experience as Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar role; portfolio is a plus.
Experience in video editing software and graphic design software.
Familiarity with SEO.
Proven experience and skills in Artificial Intelligence.
Time-management and predisposition for teamwork and proactivity.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Autonomy, proactivity, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in English and Italian (B2 level or higher).

Responsibilities

Conceive, develop, and produce a variety of digital content for multiple platforms.
Post/Articles: Creation of articles for website and copy for social networks.
Videos: Ideation, shooting (if required), editing, and post-production for short-form videos.
Infographics: Design and creation of clear infographics to present data and concepts.
Images & Graphics: Creation of static graphics for social media, websites, presentations, and marketing materials.
Podcasts/Audio: Support in production and editing of audio content.
AI: Involvement in experimental AI projects for communication and digital marketing.
Maintain high quality and brand consistency across all produced content.
Stay updated on trends and content production tools.
Analyze content performance to optimize future strategies.
